Digital Products
Digital products (including eBooks, audiobooks, downloads, and gift card codes) are delivered automatically via email immediately after purchase. Digital products are available to customers worldwide.
Digital Pre-Orders
If you pre-order a digital product, you will receive an email confirming your pre-order. However, you will not receive the digital file until the product's official release date. On release day, the digital item will be delivered automatically to the email address used at checkout.
If you do not see your digital item within a few minutes of release, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us for assistance.
Physical Products
Physical product shipping is currently available within the United States only. International customers are welcome to purchase digital products.
We offer two types of physical items: in-stock items and made-to-order items. Shipping times vary depending on the type of product purchased.
In-Stock Items
- Processing Time: Ships within 5 business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays or any exceptions listed on this site (including pre-orders).
- Shipping Method: Carrier and service vary based on destination and package size.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships.
Made-to-Order Items
Certain merchandise items are created at the time your order is placed. These items require additional processing time.
- Standard Production Time: 2–7 business days
- Holiday Season Production Time: 6–9 business days or longer due to increased volume
- U.S. Shipping Time: Typically 3–8 business days (beginning after production is complete)
Split Shipments: If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, items may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Holiday Season Expectations
During peak shopping periods, please allow extra time for both processing and shipping. Production delays and nationwide carrier slowdowns are common from November through December. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
Physical Pre-Orders
Physical pre-order items will include estimated ship dates on their product pages. If purchased with in-stock items, the entire order may be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship. For the fastest delivery, consider placing pre-orders separately.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
- For in-stock items, we will work with you directly to resolve the issue.
- For made-to-order items, we will arrange a replacement when eligible. (Photos of any damage will be required.)
