Digital Products
All digital sales are final once downloaded. If you have not downloaded the files, you may request a refund within 10 days of purchase by emailing us at christy@christinahovland.com.
If our digital administrator (BookFunnel) shows the files as downloaded, we cannot issue a refund.
By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation once the digital content has been downloaded, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Note for European Union and United Kingdom customers: The 14-day cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to digital content does not apply once you have begun to download the digital file, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Physical Products
Physical products are shipped within the United States only and are 100% guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt if there is an issue with any product received.
To start a return, contact us at christy@christinahovland.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of any damage will be required for replacement of made-to-order items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products that have been downloaded
- Signed, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Special edition items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Please contact us if you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at christy@christinahovland.com.
